We all have all seen dozens of pictures from food bloggers and instagrammers of beautiful acai bowls and smoothie bowls, so today I wanted to share a take on those bowls using yogurt instead. Now I lay no claim to being a food blogger, but I happened to think this is super simple and so good. This yogurt bowl is one of my go to breakfasts because aside from being super easy to make and delicious it is also jam packed with nutrition and healthy benefits. I have a pretty simple recipe, if you even want to call it that. I layer whatever yogurt I want in the bowl, top it with 1/3 fruit, 1/3 granola, and 1/3 chia seeds, drizzle on some honey, and top it with any other extras or supplements I may want to take that day, and VOILA.
