Ok I don’t know about you, but there seems to be an increasing amount of negativity all around, and if you are anything like me it can start to take its toll on you. Because of this I wanted to write a post this week all about seven types of negativity to get rid of in your life. Now I am going to keep today’s post short because for some reason I feel like writing three pages on the types of negativity seems more negative, and that’s not what we want at all. So I challenge you this week to take note of these types of negativity, and whether or not you are letting them into your life.
