Thank you. Honestly that is probably where I should start any letter addressed to you ladies. Thank you for being there for me, thank you for saving me, thank you for being my family. Thank you for loving me. You are some of my most important relationships. Somewhere along the years you stopped being friends and became my family, my sisters. And as cliché as it sounds I honestly don’t know if I would still be here if it wasn’t for you.
We may have all met at different stages of our college years, but no matter how short the friendship I could not be more appreciative that you all were brought into my life. Each of you welcomed me into your hearts, and for that I will never be able to thank you enough.
Many of us met within the first few days of college, which means you have been a part of my life for the better part of almost a decade. Years of memories, laughter, tears, and love that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Even if we drift apart I want you all to know that no matter how much time and distance passes you will always be in my heart. Each and every one of you is dear to me unlike any other friendships I have. You showed me strength, passion, resilience, love, and what it means to be a loving friend and incredibly badass woman. You taught me lessons I could never learn in a classroom, but I will never forget either. You are all so different, yet unique in your own way. I know each of you will stun the world with your spark and fire, and I cannot wait to see all of the remarkable things you accomplish. So until we meet again I will carry each of you with me, reminding me that I am capable of anything.
